Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for AttenIP paid subscription plans, in line with the payment terms in our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you pay
Every new company registration gets a 30-day free trial with full feature access and no card required. Use that window to confirm AttenIP is right for your team before any payment is made — no subscription is created and no card is charged until an administrator actively selects a plan and completes checkout through Razorpay.
2. No refunds on billed periods
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. Once a billing period has been charged, that charge is final and non-refundable, including for yearly plans cancelled partway through the year and for unused time remaining in the current period.
This applies whether a subscription is cancelled voluntarily by the company administrator or terminated by AttenIP for a violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Cancelling a subscription
A company administrator can cancel a subscription at any time by contacting support@attenip.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge — it does not refund the period already paid for. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to a read-only or restricted state as described in our Terms of Service.
4. Failed or duplicate charges
If a payment fails, is charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, or is charged after a subscription was already cancelled, contact support@attenip.com with the Razorpay payment/order ID. Genuine duplicate or erroneous charges of this kind are corrected or refunded — this section covers billing errors, not a change of mind about an intentional, successfully processed charge.
5. How refunds are issued
Where a refund is owed under "Failed or duplicate charges" above, it is issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Processing time depends on your bank or card network, typically 5–10 business days after AttenIP approves the refund.
6. Plan changes
Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately, with the difference billed or adjusted at the next renewal per Razorpay's subscription handling. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing period — the current period's higher-tier access continues until then and is not partially refunded.
7. Contact
Questions about a specific charge or cancellation can be sent to support@attenip.com with your company code and, if applicable, the Razorpay payment/order ID.
